If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 90 days of placing your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-390-4676 for help. If we cannot find a solution for you to keep your system, you may return it. I am so confident in these drinking water systems, I will even send a prepaid return shipping label if you are not happy (continental U.S. only)*
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
*To qualify for a prepaid return label, you must actually install and use your system for at least 30 days. Offer does not apply if you just changed your mind or could not find someone to install it. Proof of use must include a digital photo of your installed system, along with an added visual of my choice (i.e., two fingers held up in front, or your installed and running filter wearing a hat). You must get an RA number from us and mark it on the outside of the shipping box. Packages sent without an RA number will be refused, and packages sent without our prepaid shipping label will not be reimbursed. Original outgoing shipping fees are non-refundable. Offer does not apply to shower filters or replacement parts. Offer does not apply to non-standard installations (like if you hook it up to your regular kitchen faucet and think the flow rate is too low).

We can ship to any address in the continental U.S. and Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands. Note that we do not ship internationally and cannot ship to any freight forwarder.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We will provide tracking information so you can track your package. Packages are not insured against theft, so please be sure to be available on the day your package will arrive. We only ship to the registered billing address of the credit card, so if the order must ship to a different address, please register that address with Paypal and checkout with paypal instead of credit card.
All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, via Fedex. If you have a P.O. Box address, or live outside the Continental U.S., they will ship USPS. Standard shipping takes 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited delivery is available, but it is not necessary to choose that option if you live on the west coast, where transit times are very quick.
Bonus items, if offered, may ship separately. If they are shipped in a separate box, that box will be shipped via standard shipping service.
